Our Personal Data Protection Policy sets out the rules for the use and storage of your personal data. The Personal Data Protection Policy is available at the Company’s registered office and on the website at www.wirchomski.pl. The controller of the personal data you provide to us is WIRCHOMSKI Krzysztof Wirchomski, with its registered office at Łabowa 273A, 33-336 Łabowa, and operator of the website www.wirchomski.pl. We collect the following personal data*:
- First name and surname;
- Residential/correspondence/investment address;
- PESEL/NIP number;
- Company NIP number, company name and registered office address;
- Contact details, including email address or other forms of electronic communication;
- Device IP address;
- Telephone number;
- Bank account number;
- Data concerning usable floor area.
The data is collected on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), or where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)*, for the purpose of carrying out the following activities:
- Preparing an offer/contract;
- Processing enquiries, orders and contracts (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- Maintaining contact in connection with the preparation and fulfilment of enquiries, orders or contracts.
Providing the data is voluntary/mandatory*. Failure to provide the data will result in the inability to carry out the above-mentioned activities. The data will not be subject to profiling or other forms of automated processing. Your data comes from public sources/from ………………..**
Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller, e.g.: IT service providers; an external accounting firm; Poczta Polska S.A. or a courier service provider; external studios, whereby such entities process the data solely on explicit instructions. Furthermore, your data is not disclosed to third parties unless expressly required by law. The data will be processed for the period necessary to:
- fulfil an order, contract or project;
- defend against any potential claims arising from the contract and completed order;
- fulfil statutory obligations arising from labour and social security law and tax law.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time where the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, the right of access to your data, the right to request its rectification and the right to data portability. You also have the right to request erasure of your data, restriction of processing and the right to object to the processing of your data.
