Our Data Protection Policy sets out how we use and store your data. The Data Protection Policy is available at the Company’s headquarters and on the website at www.wirchomski.pl. The Controller of the personal data you provide to us is WIRCHOMSKI Krzysztof Wirchomski with its registered office in Łabowa 273A, 33-336 Łabowa, administrator of the website located at www.wirchomski.pl. We collect the following personal information*:
- Full name;
- Your address of residence/correspondence/project addresses;
- PESEL/NIP numbers;
- The Company’s VAT number, the name and address of the Company’s registered office;
- Contact information, including e-mail address, as well as other means of electronic communication;
- IP address of your device;
- Phone number;
- Bank account number;
- Data on floor space.
The data is collected on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), fulfilment of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), legitimate interest pursued by the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) or in some cases, the collected data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)* to perform the following activities:
- Drafting the offer/contract;
- Carrying out inquiries, orders and contracts (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- Keeping in touch regarding the preparation and execution of inquiries, orders or contracts;
- Data on floor space.
Provision of data is voluntary/obligatory*. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to carry out the aforementioned activities. Your data will not be subject to profiling or other forms of automated processing. Your data comes from public sources/from **
Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of the administrator, such as an IT service provider; an external accounting firm; Poczta Polska S.A. or a delivery company; as well as external studios; however, these entities shall process your data only upon an explicit order from the Controller. In addition, your data shall never be shared with any third parties unless specifically required by law. The data will be processed for the period necessary for:
- Execution of the contract, agreement, project;
- Defence against possible claims arising from the contract and the completed order;
- Statutory obligations arising from lobar and social security law, as well as tax law.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time if the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, the right to access your data, request rectification and data portability. You also have the right to request erasure, restrict processing, and object to the processing of your personal data.
